How much time does it take me each week?
Under 15 minutes to follow your whole squad. Your players fill in their own self-assessment; you compare it with your rating and add a comment.
Do players have access to the platform?
Yes — that’s the whole idea behind EasyIDP: actively involving players in their own progress.
Do my players need an email address?
No. Each player logs in with their first name, last name and a personal access code. There’s no email to provide and no account to create.
How is the data of players under 18 protected?
Data is hosted in Switzerland and encrypted. A parental consent template is provided, to be signed before adding a player under 18. You can export your data or delete your account from your profile.
Do I need to go through my club to get started?
No. A coach can create an account and start the trial on their own, for their own players.
How much does EasyIDP cost?
You pay per active player: CHF 1.00 per player per month up to 20 players, CHF 0.95 from 21 to 100, CHF 0.90 above that. With annual payment: 10 months billed per year, plus the 2026/27 season offer of 40% off. With monthly payment: the standard price, without that discount. Indicative prices, excluding VAT.
Will I be charged during my free trial?
No. A card is required to create the account, but nothing is charged during the trial month. Unless you cancel, the subscription starts at the end of the trial; you can cancel at any time.
Which age groups is EasyIDP designed for?
All of them, from U9 to senior teams. Goals and questions follow your method: you define them yourself, or the club sets them for all its teams.
Is EasyIDP only for football?
No. EasyIDP was developed for football, but it works for any sport.
